Pride at Graphcore

Pride day

Graphcore support all gender identities, sexual orientations and expressions, and regularly engage with our LGBTQIA+ community to ensure meaningful initiatives. We celebrate Pride with donations to local events, office decorations, and hosting themed fundraisers such as our Pride Bake Off.

Building an inclusive environment for trans employees is important to us. We encourage pronoun use and offer gender-neutral toilets with free sanitary products (implemented after employee feedback).

Education is key to growth. We deliver training on bias, harassment, and prejudice. As well as educational posts and awareness days driven by our Diversity, Equity + Inclusion committee. Our goal is to ensure everyone feels empowered to be their authentic selves at Graphcore.

Women+ at Graphcore

Our Women at Graphcore community regularly meet together for company socials and female-focused events, including International Women's Day celebrations and tech talks. Celebrating each other's achievements, both inside and outside of Graphcore, through kudos in our community channels.

We are proud members of SheCanCode, which frequently features content from our female employees. By supporting and participating in tech outreach visits to schools and other intituitions, we hope to inspire the next generation of women to join the industry.
